Wow. What a week. Am I right?! This week has been a weird one with everything opening up again, you wont be the minority if you need a selfceare Sunday this week! I love nothing more than a pamper night on a Sunday to get myself ready for the week!
To start with - and this sounds like the opposite of a selfceare step - tidy your space. Whether thats the whole house, kitchen, bed room, wherever. Clean your space so it's one less thing to think about through the week!
Now your space is clean, run yourself a bath but make it a fancy bath. I'm talking about a face mask, hair mask, the full shebang! This will relax you and make you feel better about yourself for the week.
After this I would cook myself my favourite meal. Some people think this is a random point for food but after all the pampering you'll be starving and you want enough time to pass before the chocolate that come later!
Next is doing all the little bits that will save you time throughout the week. By this I mean painting your nails or tinting your eyebrows (they're mine but I'm sure you have your own!) Stick a podcast on and have a little bit of self-care.
Now for the final step! Stick the kettle on, pour yourself a cuppa and pick up a good book and a bar of chocolate. You can watch a film here but you know what they say about TV before bed!
