I have an enquiry about my order?

How are the products personalised and packaged?
A majority of our products are personalised using the latest digital printing method. It provides a high quality affect and is soft to touch. 
All of our products are lovingly packaged in tissue paper and sealed with a branded sticker.

I want to send a gift to someone but don't want them to see any invoice or price. Will there be an invoice in the package?
We do not include any prices in the packaging however if you would like to have the invoice sent separately or to a different address, please advise us by leaving a comment in the ‘Order Instructions’ box at the checkout .

What if I no longer require the order or need an exchange?
You may return any non-personalised, unopened items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return courier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Unfortunately some items can not be returned and due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on our part. 
To avoid disappointment, we suggest you contact us in advance to check whether an item is refundable before ordering.
